It's finally here!

I can't believe it is finally happening! SORORITY HOUSING FOR ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY! Pinch yourselves because it is not a dream.
On Wednesday, February 29th at 5:30pm in the Spring River Room, (located on the 3rd floor of the Carl R. Reng Student Union), we will conduct a Sorority Housing Meeting.  Each chapter is asked to have the advisor(s) and the sorority chapter president present at this meeting. This meeting is imperative to our progress as our organization will have the opportunity to make the following selections:
1.       Sorority house lot (location of house)
2.       Design of the front façade
3.       Design of the outdoor patio area
We will follow a 2-step selection process based on ASU installation dates to determine in what order our organization will select the above options.   Below are the installation dates for the chapters at ASU.  These dates have all been confirmed by the national headquarters for each of our groups.

Alpha Gamma Delta:  May 8, 1948
Alpha Omicron Pi:  February 17, 1949
Chi Omega:  February 25, 1961
Delta Zeta: April 6, 1991

In order of earliest to most recent installation date, our organizations will have a turn to make our FIRST selection--location of housing lot OR the front façade design.  Please note that this is an either/or choice.  Our decision will be dependent on what we deem the most important of those two items.  The 1st part of this selection process will end once all four organizations have selected either a house lot or a front façade design.
Once all four chapters have completed their first selection, we will move on to the 2nd round of this process.  This process will occur through random drawing.  Each chapter will have a ticket in a bowl.  In completely random order, we will draw from the bowl.  When your organization is drawn, you will select the house lot or front façade design depending on your 1st round selection. In addition, you will choose the outdoor patio design at this time.
The entire selection process will end once all four organizations have made selections for house lot, front façade design, and outdoor patio design.

ASU recognizes that these decisions are going to be difficult, and we will want to consult with our critical stakeholders prior to this meeting.  As a result, ASU has emailed out images of the overall site plan, front façade, and outdoor patio design options.  Please take the days that follow to review these images and determine how you will choose.  It is recommended that you rank each option as the selection process may result in you losing your first choice.
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
Option 4

The lots and housing style are labeled, please reply in the comments sections with your choice in rank order first choice through 4th choice for both lot and house style. You can also go to our FACEBOOK group and reply there.
